Plus UP Recruit Job Change Support Service Terms of Use

Article 1 (Job Change Support Service)
The job change support service is a general term for job change sites operated by PLUS UP CO., LTD., (hereinafter referred to as "Plus UP") including "Plus UP Recruit", and related services.
Article 2 (Members)
- A member of the job change support service (hereinafter referred to as "member") is a user who applies to use the job change support service in a manner specified by Plus UP and has been approved by Plus UP.
- Members are deemed to have accepted all of the contents of these terms at the time of application.
Article 3 (Member Responsibilities)
- Members shall register with the job change support service of their own volition and become members.
- Members shall register their information in the job change support service so that there are no deficiencies or discrepancies. Plus UP shall not be held responsible for any matters arising from deficiencies or discrepancies in the registered information.
Article 4 (Management of ID and Password)
- Members shall be responsible for managing the ID and password provided by Plus UP for the job change support service.
- Members may not allow a third party to use their ID and password, or lend, transfer, buy, sell, etc. their ID and password.
- Members shall be responsible for any damages caused by insufficient management of ID and password, erroneous use, or use by a third party, and Plus UP shall not be held responsible in any way.
Article 5 (Cancellation of Registration)
If a member falls under any of the following, Plus UP may cancel the registration and terminate the provision of the job change support service at its discretion.
- If you violate the terms of this agreement
- If you provide or register false information
- If you fail to respond to a message from Plus UP without a valid reason
- If you directly contact a company that you have been introduced to through the job change support service and take part in the recruitment screening process or join the company without Plus UP’s consent (excluding services that assume that members will contact the company directly, such as applying for a job advertisement)
- If you miss an interview or decline a job offer after accepting it without a valid reason
- If you contact the company that is recruiting, Plus UP, or in the case of inappropriate conduct such as slander, discriminatory remarks, or acts that damage reputation or credibility
- Acts linked to crime
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Sales activities using the service or acts of providing information for profit
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the job change support service or other services of Plus UP
- Acts that damage the credibility of Plus UP
- Repeated requests that go beyond the scope of the job change support service
- Other acts that Plus UP judges inappropriate for objective and reasonable reasons
Article 6 (Job Placement Service)
- Members may not provide or disclose to third parties any job opportunities and related information that are not publicly available and that are provided to members by Plus UP in the job change support service.
- Where Plus UP consultants are responsible for application handling, arranging interviews, and communicating results, Plus UP is the primary contact point for the hiring company. Members cannot contact the hiring company directly (except in emergencies such as the day of an interview).
Article 7 (Job Matching)
Plus UP matches member details with hiring conditions desired by companies but does not disclose evaluation criteria or reasons for decisions. Even if Plus UP accepts a request to apply, it may choose not to recommend or contact the hiring company based on suitability.
Article 8 (Provision of Information to Hiring Companies)
When a member requests Plus UP to apply to a hiring company, Plus UP may provide the company with information about the member’s history with prior consent. If consent is not obtained, Plus UP may not be able to provide the service.
Article 9 (Confirmation of Facts)
- If discrepancies arise between company-provided and member-provided details, Plus UP may verify facts with the hiring company.
- Plus UP may confirm employment status and job change activity with the hiring company or agency to the extent necessary for service operation.
Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)
Plus UP handles personal data in accordance with the “Privacy Policy for Job Change Support Service”.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
- Plus UP is not liable (except in cases of gross negligence) for:
- Lack of guarantee that members will find employment or change jobs.
- Accuracy, legality, or usefulness of job information provided by third parties.
- Disputes with third parties—members must resolve at their own responsibility.
- Members enter into employment contracts at their own responsibility.
- Damages due to force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, viruses, etc.).
- Liability limited to direct and actual damages caused by Plus UP.
- Plus UP retains all authority necessary for proper operation and management of the job change support service.
Article 12 (Cancellation of Registration)
- Members may cancel their membership at any time.
- If there is no login for over one year, the registration may be automatically cancelled.
- If a registered email becomes invalid or third-party owned, the registration may be cancelled.
Article 13 (Compensation for Damages)
If a member violates these terms and causes direct and actual damage to Plus UP or a third party, the member shall compensate for such damage.
Article 14 (Changes to Service and Terms)
- Plus UP may change or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice.
- Plus UP may suspend or terminate the service after advance notice, unless unavoidable circumstances prevent prior notice.
- Plus UP may change these terms anytime. Changes take effect upon posting on the website, and continued use implies acceptance.
Article 15 (Exclusion of Anti-social Forces)
Members must guarantee that they are not and will not engage with antisocial forces as defined in the “Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members.” Violation allows Plus UP to immediately terminate services.
- Members are not antisocial forces.
- Members will not use or collaborate with antisocial forces.
- Members will not provide funds to antisocial forces.
- Members will not impersonate or act on behalf of antisocial forces or engage in acts that harm Plus UP’s reputation or business.
Article 16 (Court of Jurisdiction)
These Terms of Service and related contracts are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
